A NEW BEGINNING
Beginning is different from new beginning.
Beginning talks about a time or place at which anything begins / source or origin
New talks about a renewed, reformed, different from a recent previous one.
All together a NEW BEGINNING about a renewed start!!!
Having to start something over again after previous attempt.
God is a God of second chance. We can see that outlined in the bible.
Isa 41:15 Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat [them] small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.
Isa 42:9 Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of
Isa 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert.
Eze 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
A new beginning comes with a new heart and mind.
Newness come with freshness, no matter where we have slipped God wants us to retrace our steps back and start all over again. It’s not costly to start over again but it’s very costly to keep treading on the wrong path in life.
At every point of repentance there is a NEW SPIRIT & A NEW HEART God wants to give to his or her children.
Jer 4:3 for thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.
A fallow ground talks about uncultivated ground.
First step to a new Beginning is to break the fallow ground (uncultivated heart or mind)
Second step is to cultivate the ground (improve the mind)
Third step is to water and weed the ground (keep sowing the word)
Fourth step is to get ready for harvest (harvest of good habits, character etc)
